The Air Force Secondary School Ikeja is situated on the Sam Ethnan Air Force Base Ikeja. The Base is located opposite the PWD Bus Stop, along the Agege Oshodi Motor Road. Coming from Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Air Force Secondary School Ikeja is on the right side of the road linking the international Airport and the Domestics Terminal 1& 2. It is about two hundred meters to the domestics Airport.

   Within the Base, the school is situated behind the Senior Officers Quarters to the west and south and is bordered by the Nigeria Airport Authority Stall Nursery/ Primary/Secondary school to the North and the Federal Airport Authority Stall Quarters to the East.
