To gain admission into AFGCS, a girl must:

• Purchase a scratch card and register online.
• Write an entrance examination, and face a selection interview board.
• Be a primary six pupil between the ages of 11 and 12 years.
• Be medically and physically fit.
• Admission is based on merit and the federal character principle.
