Air Force Secondary School Kaduna currently has a workforce comprising 153 dedicated staff.  This consists of 2 commissioned officers, 32 airmen, 39 permanent civilian teachers, 51 temporary civilian teachers, 20 non-academic staff and 9 members of the National Youth Service Corp. Air Force Secondary School Kaduna is headed by a Commandant who is responsible for the coordination of all academic and administrative activities of the school. The Commandant is directly assisted by the principal staff officers which include a Vice Principal Administration, a Vice Principal Academics and an Administrative Officer. The School is also divided into 7 academic departments, each headed by a Head of Department.
