AFSS Makurdi is a well established School replete with basic facilities for the facilitation of teaching and learning. Notable facilities in the School are; Administrative Block which houses the Commandants and Vp Academics Office as well as the Library.

Other facilities include; Biology Laboratory, Physics Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, Home Economics Laboratory, Staff Room, Fine Art Studio, Typing Pool, Assembly Hall, Perimeter fencing with gates. Photos of some notable facilities in the School are at annex .
